After outsourcing our software needs for close to two years we felt it was time to recruit our own in-house software team. To fulfil its international growth aspirations Get Driven had to be able to act faster. Ghysels: “Our platform supports practically the entire company. Our plans for an international expansion made it impossible to continue to outsource our software activities. We have growth ambitions and as our business is technology-driven, we need an in-house IT team to harness all the IT know-how within Get Driven.” Three talented software engineers were recruited in addition to new CTO Stefan Colins, who will head up the team. In the past Colins has founded software companies of his own and he will now focus on the continued development of the technical side of our company’s operations.
