Your role:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and seizing new business opportunities, with a focus on engaging decision-makers in companies (C-level executives and owners). You'll leverage your impressive negotiation skills and sales expertise to secure deals and consistently achieve your objectives.

 Furthermore, your extensive network of valuable connections will prove invaluable in capitalizing on untapped prospects. In addition to your sales acumen, you'll stay well-informed about market trends, competitors, and industry advancements.

 Collaboration will be a key driver of success, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft tailor-made solutions and deliver compelling presentations to influential decision-makers. Your meticulous record-keeping and regular performance reporting will help steer our growth strategy.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • A track record of min 3-5 years in sales
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Based out of the Antwerp-, Gent- or Brussels region
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and French (both written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with software such as Office 365 and CRM systems like Teamleader
  • Knowledge of the automotive market or related fields is a plus
